SkillsAdvantage.Com has been developed by Settlement and Integration Services Organization (SISO) and with funding from Human Resources and Skills Development Canada (HRSDC)-Hamilton Office.

The main goal of this web site is to provide a vital link to employment for Internationally-Educated Professionals and Tradespeople, while supporting the recruitment, hiring and retention needs of employers.

A secondary goal is to provide internationally-trained and educated job seekers, as well as employers and employment service providers with information and links to resources pertaining to their needs.
